Last week I had the fortunate opportunity to attend the Social Entrepreneurship Structures Lab put on by Criterion Ventures and Stanford GSB, as part of Stanford’s Entrepreneurship Week. It was a wonderful hands-on workshop that brought in aspiring social entrepreneurs, with a wide array of projects and causes, so they could explore the various considerations facing such budding enterprises. From formation through exit strategy, Criterion cleverly employed game-play to help participants explore, question, and discover the structures and strategies that support an organization’s mission.

Coincidentally, when I arrived to the event I sat down right in front of a journalist! Thus you can check out this recent blog post on SF Gate about the workshop, featuring a mention of the Pepper Eater Project.
