The Pepper Eater and our collaborators at CTI were featured in a recent article on America.gov about technologies invented for developing countries. The article addresses the challenge in reaching the people we are really designing for. Usually they are living very rural areas, which may only be accessible by foot. Our challenge is to find ways to reach these markets.
